Spa Policies/Etiquette
- All services by appointment only.
- If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment
we require a 24 hour prior notice.
- *Visa/Mastercard required to hold a scheduled appointment.
Clients that do not cancel 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Appointment time given includes 30 minute welcome ceremony to help clear your mind, enjoy refreshments and help us prepare you for your treatment. (Hour or longer treatments only).
- To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, please leave pagers, cell phones and small children at home.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and leave jewelry and valuables at home.
- Jewell will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Robes are provided for your privacy, and out of consideration for the other guests and therapists. Our Therapists are trained to drape towels and sheets discreetly over any areas of the body not being treated and to protect your privacy.
- Disposable bras and underwear are available if modesty is a concern.
- Please notify us if you are taking acutane, antibiotics and/ or suffer from high blood pressure and/or allergies at the time of your visit.
- Gifts of massage, body therapies and facials are wonderful for anyone.
- Pamper that special someone with a gift certificate.
